[Bf-docboard] Blender Translators Day

I'm thinking of doing an annoucement for a 'Blender Translators Day' -
specifying a data and time for people to come to IRC, to get help
learning to use the wiki for translating, for creating and using .po
files, etc. (Or alternatively using Rosetta).

Does this sound like a good idea?  Possibly have two meeting times (as
Ubuntu does for meetings when they want all international audience
members to be able to attend such as the vote on whether to delay
Ubuntu Drake).
