No. Generally, every creative work is automatically copyrighted when  
it's made. You can then use a license to give permission for people  
to use that copyrighted work in extra ways (distribution, editing,  
etc.) All original work submitted to the wiki is copyrighted by the  
author, and this isn't a problem, it's the submission of copyrighted  
work *without permission* that is a problem.
