I will go ahead and do some minor restructuring of the "The interface" 
section.

I am going to break the "The interface" section up into another MainTOC 
section with the following breakdown:

Headers
Menus
Windows
Panels
Controls
Screens
Scenes
Keyboard
Mouse
Configuration
