I tried to get meaningful images and still be < 800 pixels wide.
Brought back the colors of the interface by default.
Updated to 240 (241 shouldn't be that different I guess) all the images that
needed it.
Change quite a bit of text for the same reason and, for the Undo note,
reformatted the text.

It is way too much work when so much updating/rewriting is needed : next
time I'll just write a new tutorial.
