Greetings from Quartz,

I would like to submit for formal review the "Edge and Face Tools"
section. I have placed a {{todo}} template header at the top to indicate
that the page is under formal review. It can be removed when the section
has been signed-off on.

Could any of the developers (that enhanced this area of blender) and
members of the doc project review this section. Ultimately I am looking
to see if the page is formally ready to considered version 2.4.

I am confident that I covered all the areas listed in the release notes:
http://mediawiki.blender.org/index.php/Release_Notes/Mesh_Editing that
were relevant to the Edge/Face tools. However, I may have missed
something or simply misinterpreted them. I am not sure if I covered all
error messages as relating to each tool.

Please feel free to give recommendations/advice on anything you see. I
tried to be moderate with details. I saw postings about what level of
detail content should be so I tried to be brief yet descriptive. I
almost treated the section as a reference with very tiny examples to
help get the point across. Also, I tried to make sure all content fit
within the main containing area.

If anything is missing just let me know and I will add it.

Here are some areas of what kind of feedback I am looking for:

-- Structure
-- Formality
-- Relevance
-- Flow
-- Style

As this is a wiki I am hoping that any kind of simple
grammatical/spelling issues would be resolved directly through the wiki.
:-)

So far LetterRip and Broken have been monitoring the section and have
given excellent advice, guidence and corrections.

-Will (Quartz)
