[Bf-docboard] docbook to wiki python script

I've just made a Python script to help converting xml docbook to wiki
format.

I'm not sure whether it's useful or not. Anyway, you can find the script
here:

Just load it in the Text window, run it, select a xml file, and the
script creates a txt wiki file in the same folder. Check the "#####"
indications in the output file and correct them.

It's in an early stage and has limited functionality atm, so feel free
to make suggestions, corrections or report bugs.
