That one is YOU Pep!
All you have to do is to log-in in here 
http://projects.blender.org/mailman/listinfo/bf-docboard
at the bottom of the page where it readds:
"To unsubscribe from Bf-docboard, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email address:"
There you will be able to change your E-mail address.
If that does not work you can unsubscribe from the list with the current address and subscribe with the desired one.
