[Bf-docboard] Release logs to translate to French

Anybody who wants to volunteer besides me ? We could agree on sharing the
work so we would be more efficient ?

Another matter is the part about the SoC : it is a bit difficult to really
identify what part of it found its way in the present 2.40 official release.
I'm pretty sure that there is no possiblity for scripted tutorials right now
(can't wait to see how this is going to work...) but for the rest...
Any clue as to how I could assertain that ?
