[Bf-docboard] Coordination between devs and us

The most direct way to keep in touch with the development is subscribing
to the bf-blender-cvs mailing list. With every commit to bf-blender and
orange a mail is sent to this mailing list - thus instant notification (+
mail delivery delay ;)
