[Bf-docboard] A blender FAQ

I think a question and answer thing,

whether you want to call it a FAQ or whatever would be very useful.

Most people are very poor at extracting information from manuals. It
has little to do with laziness and a great deal to do with how people
do information processing. Most programmers and technical types are
very good at extracting information from manual type of presentations.
Most non technical individuals are very poor at it, and it is very
time consuming. Similarly most technical people are very good at
formulating (and reforumulating) searches such that they are likely to
give relevant results. Again most non-technical people are poor at
it.

If you have things in the form of typical questions and typical
answers then most new users will be much better able to help
themselves.

Also things like quick start guides will also be a great help in
reducing new user questions.
