[Bf-docboard] Online HTML version?

I see that the online version of the Volume 1 is no longer online at
http://download.blender.org/documentation/ as the /htmlI directory has
disappeared. 

Is that a permanent change, as I found it quite useful to be able to browse
the online version without the 32Mb download?
