Its possible to detect the users domain name from their IP address and 
do it...but..it would be useless.  People who don't like the spellings 
will have to deal with the fact that this is an international community 
of volunteers and get over it.  Secondly..there are far more important 
things to be concerned about documentation-wise than the spelling of the 
word "color/colour".  As long as its consistent..either is acceptable in 
my opinion.
