[Bf-docboard] Need Help

As I have mentioned on this board a number of times before, I would like to help.

Basically as I understand it I need to login and checkout the DocBook sources, and then 
I can submit my revisions to this mailing list.

My problem is that I am not familiar with CVS.  I have installed WinCVS, but really don't 
know where to go from there.  Any help in getting me started would be very much 
appreciated.  I don't even know where to look for the manual sources.
