[Bf-docboard] translation

Well,

looks like this list is getting lazy.

Besides last Update by B@rt I see no progresses, this is sad and
of course, my fault too.

Let's see if we can have something else than SPAM going on here.

For the translation, it might be a bit early, since the doc is so in
progress.

In any case the Doc is Open Content, and point 3 of the OC license is clear,
you can translate it if you abide to the OC license itself, that is, if the
translation remains
OC.

I'd be glad to have B@rt & Ton opinion on this, anyway, as a final word.
