If this doesn't get included in the "Fundamentals" Chapter I think we shoul=
d include it somewhere near the very beginning of the book.  It stands to=
 reason that the habits one develops early on would tend to linger on.  W=
e should attempt to instill good working habits and save people from them=
selves (and chaos) whenever possible. ;-)

Perhaps we need a "dangling topics" section so the important sections we th=
ink of alond the way don't get lost in the shuffle?
