In case you didn't want to read the commit log ;-) I've added id's to all the sections that didn't have an id already. This corrects the problem of certain html files of the manual having names like 'x32876.html'. If we agree on the names that I have chosen and we freeze them, then people can safely link to individual pages in the HTML Blender Manual from now on. Cheers, Bart
