[Bf-cycles] AMD OpenCL status

I sure hope it is! Not everyone has 6GB of memory unfortunately...I
think the binaries are meant for the specific device hosting the
opencl implementation though. There is no "compute capability" as far
as I know, so this may be a little hard to do since it may require
building for many ATI cards. In any case, this is based on an educated
guess rather than facts so I will leave it at that.
