[Bf-committers] external repos. doesn't update

hi

i do compile blender from git and it's been a while since the external addons had any updates, for example i can't see the pie menu addon -see the screen shot-:

i use tortoise git, i've reinstalled the software but nothing changed, this is the result i get from updating the submodules:
git.exe submodule update --init -- "release/datafiles/locale"
git.exe submodule update --init -- "release/scripts/addons"
git.exe submodule update --init -- "release/scripts/addons_contrib"
git.exe submodule update --init -- "scons"

this for hash 680d0db today.

i also used command line git with the command:
git submodule update --recursive

but it completes without any message, is there something wrong on my end, is there something i should do?
