[Bf-committers] GCC with OpenMP under Xcode 5.0.2

Hi
Do gcc-8.8 builds with scons, i prepared only scons for vanilla gnu compilers.
With xcode it would be needed to make a gnu-gcc plug-in-like, hard to do.
With cmake/make thats easier, but e really encourage you to use scons cause thats fully prepared for it.
