[Bf-committers] On compatibility break

A user reported an issue:

Delete user preference files.

On latest trunk build, save user preferences and startup blend.
Open official 2.69
Go to orthographic mode
Try navigation, viewport reverts to perspective.

I'm not certain what could have caused this but I suggest to change now. It
is difficult for users to test both official and git versions.
