[Bf-committers] Solution for the Linux audio problems with OpenAL

Note for Ken (or other linux builders)
If we want to build a static openAL, the arg;
 -DLIBTYPE=STATIC
...given to cmake will make a static lib.

+1 for including openal, static or dynamic
