[Bf-committers] Setting a default system scripts directory

assumed ~/blender was meant rather then ~/.blender, and not /blender
as an absolute path.
incase anyone doesn't know, ~ is an abbreviation for the home dir in
unix, you can type ~ in blenders file selector too.
