[Verse-dev] License block in source files

I created license block from BSD license template at:

http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php

and new FreeBSD license:

http://www.freebsd.org/copyright/freebsd-license.html

Note: new FreeBSD license has only 2 clausules.

Please comment my proposal of license block :-). I'm not sure about
owner and years. It would be wise to commit it to svn only once ;-).
