Hi Nathan!

Yes, the "header" refers to the packet ID. I agree that it could be
better. Currently, I don't have a build environment set up for the
spec document, and ... very little free time. :/ Perhaps I can squeeze
something in during my vacation in a couple of weeks, but no promises.
