[Verse-dev] Another new R4pre

Hello.

Again, I have uploaded a new snapshot of the Verse core, R4pre,
to the blender.org site.

This release includes the fix reported by Brecht the other day.

I commented out some trace printf()s Eskil had in there, mainly
in v_network_out_que.c, because they were annoying. See lines
142-143 and 147 if you're interested.
