[Verse-dev] Simple Question

Hi all,

I just have a simple question.
Wich ids (of all the ids in the verse world) are set by the user, and wich
ones have to be set by the server.
I noticed that geometry (layer, vertex ids etc.) are set by the user - is
that right? What about link ids?
It would be nice to have some kind of "list" (maybe in the spec) that
contains all kinds of ids and how to use them.
