[Verse-dev] Specs coming along

Hello.

I just uploaded the last snapshot of the Verse specifications for
this week, to the same place as last time. Link:

Content is starting to appear in the (final) API chapter, and there
have been some touch-ups in other places as well. I will look into
generating the API documentation for the command sending functions
from the same XML base data that is used for the command docs, next
week.
