[Uni-verse] Final Form C and Table 2

Hi Ton,

If you check the summary report of Form C, it tells that your maxmimum
contribution is 68 605 EUR (0.5*(direct+indirect)+audit), but you
request only 62 127 EUR (the sum in Form C of participant 7) . At
least this is what my Excell shows :-).
