Hi everyone,

Long time no speak! I hope you're all doing well.

I am preparing the 30 month and final versions of the exploitation and
dissemination plans/reports (D9.1 and D9.2). For this I will need you
all to provide some information for me to complete these documents. I
will also use this information to update parts of the website (like the
agenda). If you have any questions about anything, please feel free to
contact me as soon as possible. *I will need this information from you
by May 1, 2007 AT THE LATEST.* I hope you can discuss this in the PCC
meeting tomorrow - sorry I am unable to attend...

D9.1 - EXPLOITATION PLAN
- I will discuss a revised structure of D9.1 with Gert first - then I
will contact you all individually to get necessary texts and updates.


D9.2 - DISSEMINATION PLAN
- ALL: updates on dissemination activities from February 2006 until
April 30, 2007 (for the D9.2 excel overview table) including
conferences, publications, presentations, workshops, courses,
demonstrators, etc. You can find the table in the last version of D9.2
on the website. Please use the format of the table to send me this
information!
- ALL: updates on dissemination through education (see section 6.9 of
last version of D9.2)
- ALL: any web/press coverage of Uni-Verse or your Uni-Verse related
activities
- GERT: Text on D9.3 - articles that have been published (including
anything to be added in an appendix).
- GERT: Text on D9.4 - Conference papers
- GERT & PETER: D9.4 - Text on IST conference
- TON & GERT: D9.4 - Text on SIGGRAPH
- ESKIL: D9.4 - Text on GDC
NOTE: Please let me know if there are other major conferences and
exhibitions that should be reported on in detail aside from these and
the ones already in the dissemination plan from last year.
- GERT: updates on "European Commission-related Dissemination Opportunities"
- GERT: Report on D9.6 - Short course for game developers

please let me know.
