[Uni-verse] WP9 - Year 2 Reports

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all doing well!

Below is a list of things I need from each partner (or the partner 
indicated in capital letters before the item) in order to update the WP9 
exploitation and dissemination plans for the Year 2 report that is 
coming up. I need this information from you by February 20, 2006 at the 
very latest. If you have any questions, please let me know!

D9.1 - EXPLOITATION PLAN
- ALL: any necessary updates of the short descriptions of exploitable 
results (section 5.2) -> also related to the D9.1 excel table of 
exploitable results including deliverable dates, etc.
- ALL: updates on section 8.1.3 (Exploitation by and Collaboration with 
other Open Source Projects)
- GERT: actual software release updates, including dates of planned 
releases and an update of which software is being released and when 
(based on the D9.1 excel overview table)
- GERT: an update on section 8.3 (standardization)
- GERT: update on section 8.4 (advisory board status and activities (or 
plans for the future))
- PAREGOS: update on the presentation movie (section 6)
- EMIL OR ESKIL / KTH: update on section 8.1.2 (Uni-Verse server)


D9.2 - DISSEMINATION PLAN
- GERT: updates on section 6.5 called "European Commission-related 
Dissemination Opportunities"
- ALL: updates on dissemination activities in year 2 (for the D9.2 excel 
overview table) and any planned activities for year 3 (including 
conferences, publications, presentations, workshops, courses, 
demonstrators, etc.).
- ALL: short reports on conferences where Uni-verse has been presented 
(for section 6.4)
- ALL: updates on dissemination through education (section 6.8)
- ALL: updates on section 7 which comprises each of your individual 
dissemination strategies.
- ALL: any web/press coverage of Uni-Verse or your Uni-Verse related 
activities

OTHER
- KTH: update on M9.1 Conference paper/Paper accepted (actual milestone 
date is month 24)
- II & KTH: update on plans for M9.2 Short course for game developers
- ALL: news items for the website or any other information that should 
be uploaded to the site (documents, images, code, links, etc.)
