Anywhere you run it on a dual-core machine from my experience.
They have normal dell machines in Hong Kong too, no difference.
Actually probably all your machines are manufactured there... so we should
probably drop the localization thing.
Just test it on a win32/xp dual-core machine.

No it did since you had an error or rather uninitialized variable in the
code that eskil pointed out.
Then why it invokes the debugger is still a mystery.

Too bad?
I heard other software's also has some problems on dual-core machines.
Especially if they use performance counters, and you do (according to
eskil).

Yes we have.
Personally It does not matter if I run the server on my Sony Vaio laptop or
my homebuilt stationary, it crashes frequently.
