[Uni-verse] PCC Meeting

Dear Jörn and Lauri,

my proposal was to distribute 7500 Euro each from FhG, II, KTH and HUT.
I thought this amount would correspond to roughly one Man Month but that 
was obviously not
100 % correct.

However the proposal below is also OK with me.
