[Uni-verse] Websites slowdown

Hi,

We've released an exciting new Blender version friday evening,  
apparently attracting about half our community. Usually we can handle  
such peaks, but a slashdot article about the release made our  
webservices completely choke... (20-50 times more visitors in a day,  
don't know totals yet).

With several people we monitor it 24 hours per day now, and it doesn't  
seem to slowdown yet. We're looking at a 2nd server to be added this  
week...
I'll post here when it's back to normal.
