[Uni-verse] Start up meeting

Dear Friends,

it seems possible for all partners to meet in Stockholm February 4-6 
under the condition that
the projects has started.

We will come back with a more detailed schedule next week.

I recommend that you wait with final reservations of planes and hotels 
until we have some positive
signs from our new project officer Eric Badique that we cant start Feb. 1.
Eric is very experienced so I look very optimistic on the change. I 
expect to hear from him early next week.

We are also considering to have the start-up meeting on some remote 
conference center
in the surroundings of Stockholm.  By having all meals and lodging at 
the center we could spend
more time together. Drawbacks are of course higher cost (at least for 
the Swedish partners)
and some added travelling to reach the conefernce center.
Please let me know what you think about this idea!

We are also considering a meeting with the press in connection with the 
start-up meeting.
It could possible take place Friday Feb. 6 during the last day of the 
meeting or the Monday after the meeting.
How many partners from abroad are interested to meet the Swedish press?
Do you feel that it is interesting for you so the press meeting should 
take place during the start-up meeting or do you think it is a waste
of time so Monday would be preferred?
