[Uni-verse] Meeting in Stockholm

Dear Friends,

I asked Jorge Santos a couple of days ago about the chances that we 
would be able to start January 1.
He thought it was more likely with a start February 1 but there was 
still a chance for Jan.
This is the same problem as usual. We can't do any firm planning because 
we don't know when an EU
projects starts.

Note also that the consortium agreement has to be signed before we can 
start.
I hope you have started to read the consortium agreement draft I just 
sent out.

For partners not present in Amsterdam:  At that time we thought the 
project would start Jan 1 and set
two dates for meetings. Jan 19-21 and March 8-10. With a start in Feb. 
these dates have to be revised.
