[tuhopuu-devel] State of the Merge

Here are my notes:

blenderbuttons: kept the tuhopuu blenderbuttons, but there were
modifications in the bf blenderbuttons this week too, so we
may need to beware of incorrect buttons/icons

buttons_scene.c: render_panel_render() had a strange problem
that seemed to merge it with blender_panel_output() ... please
check!

drawobject.c: Please check drawing of lamps.
