Hi,
file from http://mke3.net/rt/blenderbuttons is ok ... file was corrupted 
during cvs commit. I guess, that you can del this file from cvs 
repository and add it again with "binary" flag, or you can use some 
admin command. I guess, that common cvs user can use some admin commands 
too. (I'm not cvs guru, don't listen to me ;-))
