[tuhopuu-devel] text editor patch

[themyers]

This patch fixes the highlight being lost when indenting/unindenting
Could someone review and commit if found to be good or reply saying why
so i can fix it.

-removed some function defenitions that was not needed after the make
over
	removed void indent_paste
		void uncommen
		void unindent_lines
		void comment_paste
		void uncomment_paste

blender/source/blender/blenkernal/intern/text.c &&
blender/source/blender/src/header_text.c
	
	-added/modified/removed above functions

/blender/source/blender/src/drawtext.c
	
	-changed txt_cut_sel(text) to txt_order_cursors(text)
