[tuhopuu-devel] Tweak vert

Hi.  I've tried both the old tweak vert drag thing, and the new one, and 
I think I agree with Ton that the old one is better.

The problem with the traditional click-and-hold, then drag, is that you 
have to hold down the mouse button, which IMHO is slightly more 
annoying.  However, I suppose that for those of you with Watcom tablets, 
the new click-and-hold way is better.
