As always, test to see if your work is still intact.
Here are the worrisome spots:

* BIF_interface.h: Changed CHARTAB to (29<<9) so not to conflict with
ROUNDBOX from bf-blender. Matt: you might want to look into this
since there were many conflicts related to your roundbox and
rz's ROUNDBOX. I think I went mostly with the bf version, since it
is less code.

* BIF_transform.h: changed CTX_NO_NOR_RECALC to 16 so not to conflict
with bf CTX_TWEAK

* used bf nurbs buttons

* used bf vertex/weight paint buttons
