[tuhopuu-devel] tuhopuu and cygwin?

Hi,

I am able to compile bf-blender with cygwin, but tuhopuu breaks at the 
very beginning. I was following the same instructions as for bf-blender 
as written in the nice blender cygwin document at blender.org.

Here is the error, what is cl?

BTW: Is it possible to use scons with cygwin, I failed to find a packet 
with scons for the cygwin installer? Or do I have to compile it myself 
in cygwin?
