Yeah, it's a known limitation of shadow mapping.  It happens because of the 
limited precision of the depth buffer.

I'm afraid you have to work around it - the backside of objects not lit, so 
should be dark enough to hide it.

The other option is to crank the "Bias" light parameter up - the shadows get 
"detached" from the object, but it should help.
