Summary: Outdated Project Files

Initial Comment:
A few days ago you removed a few files... I believe 
they were RAS_CheckVertexArrays.cpp and it's 
header... the MSVC7 Project files still think these 
files are a part of the source and it's creating a 
link error.

Yes - I have no access to MSVC.

RAS_CheckVertexArrays.* are removed and RAS_GLExtensionManager.* added in its place.
