Summary: Vertex Visibility Toggle
Initial Comment:
One of the things that I hate the most about blender
is how mucked up with vertices your work zone can
become when working on a mid/high-poly model.
It's almost as bad as working with the watermark on
Maya_PLE...
I've just had a chance to check out the Evil
DragonLight distro and some of the new features, i.e.
wire visibility for non subd meshes and X-Ray bones,
are extremely nice (not to mention the coolness of
Auto-Skinning and RVK facility).
Having the ability to Hide Vertices and/or Hide Back-
Face Vertices would improve the workflow dramatically.
Another extremely helpful, workflow enchancing
addition would be the ability to select faces and
edges. Being able to Extrude both faces and edges
would be a massive plus too, but not as important as
simply being able to select and translate, rotate, and
scale.

umm, select the verts you wantm then hit "H" key, that hides
the verts...
this feature has been in blender for a LONG time.

I think he means hiding the vertices but still viewing the edges.
