Summary: Show axis/name in Bounds Drawtype

Initial Comment:
Currently, "Bounds Drawtype" doesn't show nor axis nor
names for objects. It would be great to have them
specially when we have subsurfed models and axis are
barely distinguishable from rest of wire.

Bounds drawtype is a good thing to speed up
multicharacters scenes, but knowing what is every box
would greatly help the job.
