Summary: Spline/Curve IK

Initial Comment:
Not expecting this anytime soon as I would think this
would be quite a bit of programming.  But something
similar to Lightwave.  Even greater if it could work
with the existing Armature/Constraints system. 
Unfortunately I have not been able to find any spec
type documents on how this could be achieved.  If I do
I will post the links here.
