Summary: Custom renderman interpreter support

Initial Comment:
Greetings, I am asking for support for a "Custom/Other
Renderman Renderer" option in the Renderer drop-down
list.  Basically, it will let the user specify a the
path/args for another Renderman interpreter that is not
in the list (such as BMRT).
