  Log:
  Some small oops improvements.
  * Made oops splines only draw if they are in in the view- simple bounds test, could improve but gives significant speed gain for large scenes.
  * Selected link-lines draw ontop, makes it easy to see what the selected data is linked to.
  * Made fonts zoom in and out with the oops view.
