  Log:
  Restored sticky select. Now you can choose between Sticky and Local Sticky.
  Sticky will select all UVs that share a Vertex. Local Sticky will select all
  UVs, that not only share a Vertex, but also are 'linked', meaning they are in
  a range of 5 pixels. The Select menu also looks less 'packed' now, because of
  a longer menu item text.
  
  Sorry about killing your feature on my last commit bjornmose ;).
  
  Fixed a proportional editing circle redraw error.
