  Log:
  Split Vertice Snap completely from Grab mode. Now activated with Alt-V in edit mode (open to suggestions for a new hotkey). Still some cleaning to do.
  
  Also fixed some key handling so that Alt-S and Ctrl-S switches to Shrink/Fatten and Shear when pressing them in transform mode.
